• Member vs. public pricing — recognizes the inquiry context and quotes the correct rate

• Group and event handling — captures intent for larger outings and routes to the events coordinator with the details already collected

• Hand-off to staff — anything outside its scope (membership applications, complaints, course-condition concerns) is escalated cleanly with the conversation history attached

Why a vertical bot, not a generic one

A generic chatbot doesn't know that tee times are sold in 8-minute intervals. It doesn't know that a foursome on a busy Saturday needs a riding-cart commitment. It doesn't know that twilight rates kick in at different times in summer vs. fall. And it definitely can't talk to your tee sheet.
