Agentnomics Launches SAP Partner Program for Independent Consultants and Boutique SI Firms
SAP AI Agents for Partners

Days to deploy, years of recurring revenue: the Agentnomics SAP Partner Program is live
By Javed Sikander, CEO and Founder, Agentnomics — May 7, 2026
If you run an SAP practice — whether you're an independent consultant, a freelance architect, or a boutique SI with a handful of certified S/4HANA, Ariba, or SuccessFactors specialists — your customers have been asking you the same question for the past eighteen months:
"Can we get AI on top of this?"
And you've been giving them the same answer any honest SAP practitioner would give: not without a project that's bigger than they want to fund, longer than they want to wait, and outside the scope of what your team is set up to deliver.
That gap — between the AI question your customers are asking and the AI offering most SAP consultancies can credibly deliver — is the problem the Agentnomics SAP Partner Program is designed to solve.
Today we're opening the program to the broader SAP community.
The product side: agents that deploy in days, not months
Agentnomics ships pre-built AI Agents for SAP — Procure-to-Pay, Pricing, Inventory, Compliance, and Warehouse — that connect to your customer's existing S/4HANA, ECC, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, or Concur environment. No code changes. No separate data warehouse. No custom modeling project.
What this means for you in practice: a partner who has finished our certification can scope, configure, and go live with an agent inside a customer's tenant in a single sprint. The customer keeps their existing SAP governance, tenant isolation, and access controls. You keep your role as the SAP expert who configured it.
End-to-end time to first paying customer:
Apply and get approved — 2 business days
Complete the Agentnomics Certified Consultant track — 8–12 hours per person, self-paced, hands-on labs against real SAP sandboxes
Configure your first agent in our fully provisioned demo tenant — one afternoon
Deploy in a paying customer — days, not weeks
Most SAP integration projects measure time-to-value in quarters. We're measuring it in days. That difference is what lets a five-person consultancy convert a discovery conversation into a live deployment in the same month.
The economics side: turn project billing into recurring revenue
The harder problem for an SAP practice has never been finding work — it's been finding recurring work. Implementation is project-based. Steady-state operations belong to the customer's IT team. Re-engagement happens during upgrades, migrations, or audits. The compounding-revenue line is missing.
Our partner program closes that gap with a recurring revenue share that scales with you:
Tier | Qualifier | Year-1 MRR share | Renewal share |
|---|---|---|---|
Registered | Apply and sign | 15% | 5% |
Silver | 3+ paid customers | 20% | 7% |
Gold | 10+ paid customers | 25% | 10% |
Platinum | 25+ paid customers | 30% | 12% |
Two things worth underlining:
The revenue keeps paying after Year 1. Most channel programs front-load commission and disappear at renewal. Ours doesn't. Every year your customer renews, you keep earning, for as long as they're paying. The attribution window is 36 months from the customer's first paid invoice.
The math compounds. Take ten customers each running an Agentnomics agent at $5,000/month — that's $600K of annual subscription revenue across your book. At the Gold tier, that's $150K of recurring commission for you in Year 1, and roughly $60K per year every year after, on top of any implementation services you billed to get them deployed in the first place. The 25th customer is what gets you to Platinum and 30%.
This is what makes the program meaningful for a small practice: the more customers you bring, the more you earn per customer. It's the rare incentive structure where scaling your channel is also the thing that increases your margin.

Who this is for
The honest answer: this isn't built for Big 4 or Tier-1 GSIs. They have their own paths.
It's built for the long tail of SAP practitioners — the independent consultants who own their customer relationships, the boutique SI firms with three to fifty certified consultants, the freelance architects who've been working on the same SAP estates for a decade. The people who are SAP, in the day-to-day sense, to a few dozen mid-market customers.
Both referral-only partners (you send a qualified intro; we sell and bill; you collect commission) and reseller partners (you contract with the customer and bill directly) are supported. Both tracks earn the same commission ladder.
